Keep Laredo Beautiful, is a new nonprofit community improvement and educational organization, whose mission is to engage our community, through partnerships between government, civic groups, businesses, and volunteers; and to create a cleaner, and more beautiful Laredo . Keep Laredo Beautiful will focus on environmental stewardship and on litter prevention through environmental education and volunteer efforts, so that Laredo really does become the “crown jewel of Texas”.

Created in August 2004, Keep Laredo Beautiful, was created to empower the citizens of Laredo to take personal responsibility for enhancing their community's environment.  We hope that every individual will make it their personal goal to make Laredo the cleanest, most beautiful community in the nation.
